Farewell to Brig FB da Gama-Rose
Today we got together at the Army Golf Course, New Delhi to bid farewell to a "Mighty Charwa" stalwart, Brig FB da Gama-Rose, who is hanging his uniform today. Tomorrow he leaves for Bangalore where he joins a new job with Vijaya Bank.
As we got talking with each other, I realized that some of us have got detached from
the unit and we hardly know the Who's Who of the Regt and are not in touch with the Charwa Family.
I will therefore use this forum to post information about the Charwa Family for the benefit of all so that we remain in touch...
By the way the evening went off well and Freddy Sir, was in high spirits and eager to head back to his hometown.
